Our client, one of the world’s largest engine manufacturers, was integrating the ERP systems of two newly acquired companies into its existing SAP system. This was a very large effort, and the integration plan required additional SAP development resources with very specific skill requirements. In addition, our client needed these individuals to start within two weeks.
Although the availability of qualified SAP consultants was limited, Aquent located two candidates in less than 36 hours. Aquent then arranged for both candidates to interview with a panel of our client’s managers.
Our client selected one of Aquent’s SAP consultants to join its integration team, and that person started in time for the kickoff of the project.
