Our client, a leading health insurance provider, purchased a new automation tool to launch an enterprise-wide testing effort. In order to ramp up quickly, it needed expert automation testers to supplement its internal team. Our client was unable to locate local consultants who had the required experience.
Aquent launched a nationwide recruiting campaign involving multiple Aquent branches to locate qualified consultants. Members of our QA practice group took the lead in conducting tech evaluations, while the local branch—with its understanding of the client’s team and environment—made sure candidates had the right “soft” skills as well.
Over the course of the year, Aquent supplied this client with seven Rational Robot experts and five QA business analysts, making their testing initiative a great success.
